Masserberg Fasting is a combination of fasting and hiking, yoga, and relaxation. The goal is for our fasting guests to benefit from maximum relaxation during their precious days off.

Preparation tips before fasting at Masserberg
Important: the fasting courses take place with a minimum of 5 participants (full-paying), the maximum number of participants is 15. If the fasting course does not take place due to a low number of participants, we will inform you of this at the latest 14 days before your arrival.
Payment: participants must transfer the full amount at the latest by the day of arrival. It is not possible to receive a discount if you cut your stay short.
